OMARIDIN™

OMARIDIN™ is a fermentation-derived molecule-structured protein matrix (MSPM) — a protein matrix formed as a result of controlled fermentation-based transformation of milk proteins.

The technology is based on the molecular reconfiguration of the globular protein structure into a filamentous matrix.

This structural transformation changes the physicochemical properties of the protein, influencing its interaction with the metabolic systems of the organism and ensuring increased substrate bioavailability.

Verification of structural changes is carried out using analytical methods, including MALDI-TOF analysis in certified laboratories (ISO 17025).
